Rotary Youth Leadership Awards

Rotary's leadership training program for young people (ages 14-30) emphasizes leadership, citizenship, and personal growth.  RYLA’s local programs are organized and carried out by Rotarians at the district level and are unique to each community.

In addition to locally-organized RYLA programs, interested individuals can also get involved in the International RYLA which brings together up to 150 delegates between the ages 18-30 who have extensive experience with Rotary or Rotary Foundation programs. Attendees have the opportunity to learn advanced leadership techniques through intensive training sessions, group discussions and speakers, as well as collaborate and network with exceptional young adults from around the world.

Information on eligibility requirements, application deadlines, and much more is available here or by contacting RYLA@Rotary.org.
